Need Start8 Activation reset please?

Hi,

I know I started a ticket on this but due to MAJOR problems with upgrading/installing/restoring/uninstalling Windows 8.1 I seem to have hit my limit on activating Start8 1.3. Also I tried using the "sig" file from an earlier install of Start8 1.2 but that does not seem to work for the 1.3 version.

My ticket is DMA-745-58039 and I am respectfully asking here because I am having a heck of a time with this weird 3rd party Start button replacement I found. Quite frankly it S**Ks and I can't wait until I get your Start8 back. (Sorry for she rotten language ..LOL) As mentioned in my ticket, my subscription to ODT has expired. I usually get it for my birthday on October 26th but we had a pet emergency and that has to wait for Christmas I guess... :( but I understand I should still be able to activate the version I currently have downloaded, correct?

Can anyone expedite this for me. I know I am no one special but I have learned to rely on your software.

OK, well I thought I found a different sig file but Start8 still keeps asking for activation. The file I found in an old image is called "start8sig2267.bin" is that for the last version of Start8? Maybe I am not restoring it right but I did have to do a system restore recently and I read that it means I need a reactivation, is that true? Anyway a reset would be appreciated as I think I've done all I can.
