Downloaded Icon files

After downloading and extracting icon sets to a directory called "icon library", how do I change all appropriate folder icons to the new set just downloaded? Obviously, I'm missing something simple? Riteaider

I found the answer, I think. Downloaded icons can be obtained from the control panel, themes. Or this choice also lets you download icons or obtain them from Icon Packager. If you have other tips, let me know.
