What do you need to reinstall, and are your subscriptions current? If it's ODNT, you'll have to have an active subscription.
If it's a stand alone and you lost your password, please write to support@stardock.com.
If not, you'll have to resubscribe and then download from the Stardock store.
If you just need your downloads reset, write to support@stardock.com.
You don't need to include your email in the post. Support will be able to reset your account from your user ID.
Note: It is the weekend now and support are off. You may need to wait until Monday unless someone from Support checks the forums.
My account is current and is under ***. It is OBjectDock account and all that goes with it. thank you

As I mentioned above, Support will have your email associated with your user ID and will be able to reset your account when they are at work.
