Bug report: start bar doesn't close when you change user, block or ibernate

I sayd everything, when you re-enter into your user account, you will find start8 bar open

What version of Start8 are you using as I don't think that's normal.

I have seen this in 1.20 with three user accounts on the computer. Every user you switch to already has the Start8 menu open.

While I could not reproduce it here with hibernate, I was able to do so with Switch user.

This will be fixed in the next update.
