[AI] LH 1.2 Black Widows still webbing/beguiling already webbed/beguiled units; AI Sov army and mob army co-existing on same square

Two different battles:

In both instances, the first web/beguile was successful, and the second web/beguile could have been cast on other unwebbed/unbeguiled units.

Here, an AI army is on the same square as mobs, screenshots taken on same turn, showing both armies on that square:

The next turn they 'parted ways'.  No combat took place.

This seems similar to the 'if an AI champ/sov pathway takes the champ/sov through an unclaimed goody hut the champ/sov doesn't trigger the goody hut' phenomena.

The sharing the same square is caused by monsters and AI making their movement calculations at the same time.  It is so for performance reasons so there is not a big delay each turn.  While it would be nice to get rid of the sharing squares issue, it would also cause a big increase in time between turns.
