[bug?] 1.2 A couple odd things

Hopefully these will be fixed with 1.3:

When I defeated a city, the dead enemy units remained in the city, and I wasn't able to occupy it.

My ally won by spell of making. Since he's my ally and I can't attack him, shouldn't I also win?

I received the Steam achievement "A leader of men" at the end of the game, yet I didn't defeat all of my opponents.

It seems that the AI is able to cast multiple tornado spells in rapid succession without a cool down.

Hey Borg999 just a note, the AI casts multiple times on spells like Tornado if it has more than one champion who can cast that spell, just like you as the player can do. Having said that I do not know if this is glitched, it very well could be there are still a lot of bugs in 1.2, such as

Sovereign disappears when attacking a city (late game) and then after the battle is defeated even though none of the rest of my army is even injured.

Sovereign dies whenever I cast Curgens Volcano.

Game crashes often at end of turn (late game).

Sometimes my champion units are "cloned" when in an army within enemy territory that is targeted and killed with a spell like Firestorm or Tidal Wave. If in an army with my sovereign when this happens, and the sovereign doesn't die, the killed champions appear in my nearest city to recover but also stay in the army with my sovereign, effectively cloning the units. While kinda handy, I think this might cause other bugs later...?

Also, why should you win the game just because your ally does using a specific condition that is not conquest? Britain is America's ally, but they didn't win WWII when we developed the atomic bomb and used it, they just were saved from any further involvement since we effectively ended the war. Sure, they got to benefit from being allied with the power that won the war, but they didn't get to claim the true spoils of the victor or use the power that came with it. You didn't develop the technology (magic) to end the war, your ally did, so they win the game.

Hahaha, wow. I didn't know some Americans felt that way. Interesting.

I am neither British nor Russian, but I am pretty sure the UK and USSR did feel like they won the war too.

Your example isn't perfect, as the war in Europe was already over when the bomb was used.

I understand what you're saying, but if I can't attack my allies to prevent them from contructing the towers, then that's a good reason not to form allegiances.
