Activation limit reached on start 8

Hello,i need help with start 8 activation,I have wrote to support but it looks like support won't be able because it is weekend,and please help.Thanks and here is the ticket id:  HWP-627-87236 Hope it is not a problem.

Oh,it looks like it is too late. :( I will have to remove the program and wait for the solution from the support.Sorry.
