Deskscapes 8 won't display dreams

I have an Asus Cm6430 Computer running Win8 Pro. I7-3770 CPU@ 3.40 GHZv64 bit, 8GB Ram. Instead of the HD4000 I am using a Nvidia9600GT in a Dual Monitor configuration. My Windows experience is 6.8

I am using Deskscapes 8:Your computer has a Windows Experience Index base score of 6.8

DeskScapes appears to be activated on this PC
DeskScapes engine does not appear to be running
(Generic PnP Monitor) 1 is attached to NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT
(Generic PnP Monitor) 2 is attached to NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT

I have about 30 dream format items, a few WMV that do not seam to run on the desktop. They will all run as screansavers. I downloaded the latest Directx which told me I had the latest and did not need to update.

I have rebooted and do not know why the Deskscape engine does not appear to be running.In the configuation window, the dream is displayed and animated but does not apply except in screensaver. Are there any suggestions I may try? Thank you in advance with any help. I also have the zip file for the analysis but did not see where I could attach the zip file.

If you have not yet done so, please send this in an email to support@stardock.com

Also, please download and run the following utility:

http://sd.stardock.com/SDSupportTool.exe

This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. Once the utility finishes running, please attach the .zip file it creates on the desktop to your email.

Thank you Gargabee. I have emailed Stardock support and have attached the zip file from the tool utility. I originally had run the tool but didn't see how to attach it to the post. 

BTW: I have a second Asus computer (new) with Win8, 64 bit (not pro though) I5Core 3350CPU @ 3.10GHZ, Nvidia Gforce GT640 (3GB) 16GB Ram,

Windows Experience Rating:6.7 overall, 6.9 Graphics, DirectX 11 with the same problem: Desk Scapes 8 will run as a screen saver but not on the desktop.

I'll wait to see what support tells be about the first computer and maybe I can apply the advice to both.
