[0.80] Were is my armor?

Use too be able to use plate armor now it tells me I need 'plate mail proficiency'. How or were is that?

That is a skill only Defenders and Warriors can learn.

It is a blance reason so that Mages etc cannot equip full plate anymore.

Please check the Update notes for each version.

It's a balance change to go with the removal of encumbrance.
