Start Menu displays on wrong monitor

Monitor 2's start menu displays on monitor 1

from Stardock Forums

I use DisplayFusion to have the taskbar on both monitors. Clicking on the start button on monitor 2 causes the start menu to display on monitor 1 when of course it should display on monitor 2. 

I am on the latest versions of DisplayFusion (5.0) and Start8 (1.12)

Please let me know how to fix this.

It is now several days since I posted about the problem which, for unknown reasons, has resolved itself. The start menus now display on the correct monitor but I don't know what changed.
