Trying to upgrade, but the store won't give me my discount

I am a current FE and Map Pack DLC owner, and I'm trying to upgrade. On the LH page, it says that current owners can upgrade for 19.99, and there is a link to click on, but when I click the link the store says it LH costs 39.99. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks for the help.

There is a login on that page. Make sure your do so.

Anyone have any other suggestions? BTW I'm using chrome does that matter?

Are you logged in with the same account you purchased FE on? It's fairly common for people to have multiple accounts without realizing it.

I am logged in with the same account. I have now tried it with IE and Chrome and I'm getting the same problem on both.

korn469, you had 2 accounts under the same email address somehow. I merged them together. You should be able to purchase at the discounted price now.

I have no idea how I had two accounts under the same email address, but thanks for merging them! It worked, and I'm downloading LH now.
