Start8 Start menu won't appear.

Hi, I recently added a second hard drive to my computer and reinstalled windows, after which Start8 won't seem to work, It won't prompt me to activate/register the software (Decor8 runs with no problem).

I tried running the application from program files but the only application that will do anything is start8 tweak, config doesn't launch, nor does any of the others. Installing or Running as admin also didn't seem to fix things. Under task manager start8_64 as well as start8Srv are both running under the details tab. Also checked C:\Program Data\stardock\registrations and there's nothing there for start8, only for decor8 which is running fine.

Any ideas what may be going on here? thanks for your help
