Icon return to defalult after reboot

Sorry for my engllsh, I wright from Italy.

I have a problem with iconpackeger; sometimes after I change the icon a rebbot my computer, the icon "Desktop and Download" return to default icon. I can't understand why it happens!

Please help me ..
