Desktopx 4 Fails to register

I've been wanting to try out the DesktopX 4 Beta for quite some time now, but my product fails to register. Using Stardock Central, I enter the correct information into the corresponding fields but all it does is sit there as if it is trying to retrieve information. Minutes pass by and nothing happens. Any ideas?

Please email support@stardock.com with the serial and email you are using and we can see what is going on.
