[BUG][FE 1.12] Flickering mouse cursor

Mouse cursor is flickering randomly. Only happens in FE.

Could you be a little bit more specific? Under what circumstances are you seeing this? What are your system specs? As is, this post isn't very helpful in finding the problem. I've never seen the mouse flicker, nor anyone else reporting it.

The only thing, that comes close to this, is the mouse stuttering when trying to select multiple units.
