Newly installed programs don't appear

Love Start8. Best $5 I've ever spent. However, I have one problem. Newly installed programs are not appearing in the start menus. However, they do appear as tiles on the Win 8 menus when I click on it. Any ideas why this is happening to programs I've installed subsequent to Start8?

They are not showing in all programs?

If you sign out and back in again do they show?
