I don't think this has been reported yet, but I recently visited http://www.kazaalite.com and their server pages appear to be using graphics from Pixtudio's UniverseMetal suite.

I don't think that they have sought permission to use their graphics, and there doesn't appear to be any recognition of the original authors either.

The Admin at Kazaalite took it down, one day after notification. He was really nice about it.

Koop....I'm sure that an 'Admin at Kazaa' would be well aware of issues of copyright and theft....that IS the proggy equivalent of Napster isn't it?...
