kazaalite.com uses UniverseMetal suite

I don't think this has been reported yet, but I recently visited http://www.kazaalite.com and their server pages appear to be using graphics from Pixtudio's UniverseMetal suite.

I don't think that they have sought permission to use their graphics, and there doesn't appear to be any recognition of the original authors either.

Wholesale, unabashed, ruthless, ripping. Unless they got permission. What are the odds?

gaaack!! Stay away from Kazaa. It took me a week to get all that crap off my computer (adware junk, all kinds of other nasties in there too.) I'm not at all surprised that they would rip.

I especially enjoy the multiple pop-under ads. I see the rip on the license page but couldn't get past further, it just sits there. Can't get to the direct links Moshi posted.

oh no they didn't!!!!

That sir is a total rip. If they got permission then it is ok but if not then DAMN!!!!

Holy five finger lift!!!!!

Talk about taking somebodies stuff and not even trying to do any changes.

Wow, and no credit that I can see. If I look harder I bet the file names are the same!!!

Either an 'edit post' button, or you could always give it the ol' fashioned "re-read your post before you click Submit" try ...

Problem with the reread method is that when skinbrowser updates, goodbye message. One gets a little anxious to beat the buzzer.

motion: ... mmmmm, Guinness ... I, I mean therapy (how do you spell therapy?)

jcg: I've actually never had this happen so wasn't aware. And, hopefully it won't happen to me cause it means I'll have to join the ranks of Jafo's correctees (sp? ). Either that or I'll just have to go to therapy with motion
