High Scores or Hall of Fame not included

I just spent the weekend in my friends house and he has the new Fallen Enchantress game.

I played pretty much the whole weekend and managed to win a game.

I got a rating and everything, but what I noticed is that there is not a permanent tab for high scores or the old Hall of Fame where the scores are kept, so when you play again you try to knock out the ones there already.

The game seems to have fair replayability but with all advances in programming should be able to add a permanent tab to keep the ratings on your games, and the scores.

What you guys think?

Thanks

Umm, it shouldn't require an advance in programming, the version of Sid Meier's Pirates that I play on 3.5" disk has a hall of fame that keeps your scores.

Yeah that's a great ide!

After complementing my first game I thought about HoMM III Hall of Fame and thought "Damn! I wish I had one of those to keep my scores in FE".

Would be really nice to have one implemented!

Indeed, I couldn't believe this feature was left out. I kept thinking maybe I just hadn't noticed how to access it yet. But, apparently there really is no high scores table that the game maintains.

So still no hall of fame or high score table? This kills the replay ability I really thought this would have been included in the finally version X(

I kind of agree with the View expressed above.

On one hand, this is a pretty minor feature; but on the other hand, it should easy to implement, it has been a regular feature of many games for years, and it adds a little pleasure to the game (as well as providing a relative measure of a player's progress in strategy and tactics).  So, it really is pretty surprising that such a mainstream feature is missing - just doesn't make any sense to me, NOT to have it.

On the other hand, the lack of this feature does nothing so serious as  "kill(ing) the replayability"  of the game, IMHO.  But, then again, why not have it?   ...
