Possible Bug-Build que doesn't display some buildings

(Even after I've researched the appropriate tech)

I started a new game and came to a pooint where my city was no longer growing, so I researched enetertainment that should allow a brewery to be built.

However, it was not available in the que to build. I don't believe brewery has a pre-requisit, so I should have been able to select and build it...

On another issue. Even after I build a food production "building" like a garden, my growth number doesn't update unless I save, close, and reload the game. I shouldn't have to do that...

You need a town to build the brewery. It's the last building in the bakery-line of improvements.

I suggest having buldings with pre-reqs show up in the que as a greyed out option. When someone passes their mouse pointer over the greyed out option, a pop up will indicate the pre-requisit.
