[Suggestion] Ways to train

I'd like to see some way in the game you can train champions with basic fighting techniques without having to fight for the XP to get traits. The same, except unlimited for traits in regards to spell casting. Something like a champion having to sit in a city for a set period of time with a particular building. Maybe something that can only be built in a conclave, the same thing for the other city type that is military based in regards to basic combat techniques or army bonuses.

It's called the Adventurer's Guild.  Research Heroes (on the magic tech tree) and you can build it.
