[1.0][Bug] FE Stops responding after ending turn 402

This is my first game with FE and I'm now in the late game and pretty much just sweeping up all enemies for the endgame. Unfortunately I've reached a turn where the game will just freeze after clicking to end my turn. Clicking on the window shows the Windows loading circle, and if I click again I get the windows "program is not responding" dialog. I've waited up to 10 minutes but FE didn't come back.

This happens consistently so I also have the savefile if you need it.

This has happened to me after turn 237.  Reloading the game doesn't resolve the issue and the game hangs on turn change.
