Help! Stuck on an Island

Try the "raise land" spells?

Tried raise land spell, but doesnt work on ocean tiles =/

I think they broke it recently.  It used to work when it cost 50 mana (I used it in a grand total of one game, but it did work)

You need to work along the cliffs. You should post a screenshot.

If there is a gap of 2 you can produce a landbridge. Also, save the game and you can cheat... add -cheat to the end of your shortcut. Then you could use ctrl + T to teleport the unit to that location. This will at least fix your problem.

Tried raise land awhile back, didn't work, said it couldn't be cast on oceans.  Making it worthless.  Was trying to create a land bridge to the islands on the big premade map, but it's fucked.

I used lower land extensively to create passage ways in mountain range and it worked great.

For raising land I didn't try it personally but I read you need to do it twice on an ocean tile to go from ocean->beach->plain. You may have to start on the coast and work outward.

Raise Land doesn't work on ocean tiles anymore. I just tested and confirmed this in my game. 

Raise land will be fixed in 1.01.

actually raise land didn't work on ocens during the mid beta (8x I think); but I didn't nkow it was a bug I thought that was how it worked.
