Pathing / Movement Problem

I am running into a problem where, anytime I right click to move a unit / army they will move to the desired location, but then move off in a random direction and will not STAY where I want them.

This is happening every single time I try to move any unit ..

HELP !!!

You may have turned 'explore' on.

To turn explore off just click explore again and that will stop.
