Issue with Fences 2.0 activation

I have recently purchased Fences 2.0 but am not able to unlock it.

When I click Unlock previous purchase, nothing happens.

When I click Try Fences it shows a message please wait unlocking fences and then throws an error messages:

There was a problem unlocking Fences. Please try again.
If you continue to receive this message, please contact support@stardock.com for assistance.

I have a serial number would like to be able to use Fences but can't because even trail does not work.
Hope someone here can help me!

 

On a different note: I have created a support ticket for this. How long, on average, does it take
stardock to respond to a support ticket?

I had the same problem, this is the reply i got from the support:

 

"Hello,


We've created a new build that may fix your issue. Please download the following file:

{Removed by support}

Replace the file in the Fences directory with this one and try again."

Thanks for trying to help, but we want to keep that patch under wraps while it's in testing.

I received the same patch.. unfortunately it did not fix the problem....(just updated the ticket)

I'm having that same problem. I wish you guys hadn't removed the link. :/ If I'm not able to correct this issue soon, I'll forget until it's too late. Arrghblblblele!
