[.99][Bug] Upgrading altars to shrines is instantaneous playing as Resoln

This is the first time I see this bug. So building an altar queues it in the nearest's city build queue, but when upgrading the altar to a shrine, the upgrade takes place instantaneous, and the free elemental summons immediately. I'm playing as default Oracle Ceresa with Resoln.

I have last played Resoln in .983 and haven't encountered this bug.

This might only occur when upgrading the altar by directly selecting it. When upgrading from the city build screen, it sends it in the queue.

I believe this is connected to the faction ability (can't remember how it's called but if gives free elementals when shards upgrade), because if I remember correctly this happened to me as well when playing as custom faction, in previous builds.

It was a bug with the Resoln Water Temple, it will be fixed in the next patch.

Derek will there be a next patch (I hope so !!!!) or will the game go directly to gold? The renaming of the current patch to 0.99 confused us and there are still a few bugs to report ...

Is there going to be a next patch?  I take it you mean, the release.  (But if you can't get most of the bugs stamped out I would definitely suggest pushing back release a couple of weeks.  I guess we'll see how many bugs are still remaining in a few days. =))

I wouldn't push release back, the bugs that remain seem pretty minor to me, they can be fixed post release with little problems.  Especially this bug.  It's a gnat.

Although i did just start a game with 4 food/2 materials/ 3 essence, so I may hold off patching...
