[.951][Possible Bug] Monster Repellant

I equipped some monster repellant (first time I saw this!) on my hero who was roaming the land solo.  2 turns later I was attacked by 3 air skiths (not sure on name - the scorpions looking thingies).  Is this a bug?

it might be a bug and it might not, (Can't know from the description alone). The monsters doesn't avoid your tile (Which IMO they should), but instead the monsters just cannot see you to attack you.
So if the monsters are patrolling, or whatever they are doing when wandering the world, and they just happen to bump into the tile with your hero on it, it will engage in combat.

Monster Repellent makes you invisible to the AI near as I can tell. If they happen to wander into the same tile as you, a battle ensues. But they are not seeking you out.
