can't download Premium Dragon Theme; also can't use support Email link

I purchased Premium Dragon theme today, along with a host of programs which I have installed.  Every time I try to install it I get a 'Windows can't open program' error message.  I'm running Windows 7 x64.

 

Also, when I attempt to Email customer support, the wrong Email program opens.

Have you installed Theme Manager?  I believe that file is a *suite and will TM installed first.

I didn't see a Dragon Premium Theme in the gallery but there was a Dragon MyColors Theme at one time from which  the WB could be extracted.
