Mouse issues?

Is it just me? Or does the mouse controls seem to be screwy in this game? Sometimes when right-clicking ONCE, it may take it as a double-click....which can be annoying sometimes. Another good example is when using the mouse wheel to zoom in/out, the zooming, uh, flickers? (you try to zoom out once and it zooms back in)

Just thought I would point this out, and yes my mouse works perfectly fine elsewhere.
