[.915][BUG] Label description error - territory "Penalty"

In the overlay for seeing the bonuses applied to attack and defense when a unit is in freindly territory.  The bonus it gets (25% from memory) for being in freindly territory is labelled as "territory penalty".

I wish all penalties were this helpful!! :)
