ISome unknown soverien has cast 5 versions of a +unrest spell on my city. Is there anything I can do about it?
There is a magic tech that grants dispel enchantment, so you need to cast that once for each negative spell. However in one game, Gilden cast Frozen Bones four or five times on my only city, and then another player attacked me and they were getting three turns for every one of mine. Ouch. 
hmm well razing the city didnt work...whoever it was just cast the 5 curses on my other city 
How is the Ai affording to maintain 5 city curses per turn fairly early in the game?
