[.913 Bug?] Can't do anything in the World's End after defeating Vetrar

I defeated Vetrar for the first time since beta .7 last night and now I can't do anything at all in the Tundra. it could be because Magnar built cities all around the area, but the green territory line is still there and I can't even drop an outpost. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

 

Edit : Never mind, I just read the .914 change log. Looks like it'll be fixed there.

Same thing happened to me, I think it's a bug.  In my game there weren't any cities anywhere nearby (I razed them), so I don't think it's that.

There is a general problem with the areas not always disappearing.  Hopefully the next patch will fix that.

There is also a similar problem with the trophies not always being awarded.  Hopefully it will be fixed as well.
