¿When I get a program to purchase?

Hello everyone, my question is about that yesterday the application WindowBlinds andbuy from paypal I get this message me:

Has authorized a payment of $ 19.95 USD for Stardock (sales@stardock.com)
Funds are transferred when the merchant processes your payment. The money you have in your PayPal account at that time will be used before any other source of payment.

Now I have to wait for Stardock send me the application I bought?
