Titan suggestions- Rebels and loyalists

I found that the Rebel titan is weaker. It always loses in a fair fight against the loyalist titan. The rebel titan should be able to beat the loyalist titan in a fair fight because the loyalist titan is meant to be a defensive/support ship, not an unstoppable tank that can be used for rushes near game-start.

1. what I think would be a cool feature: -specialise the titans to their faction's play-style ie make the loyalist titan stronger in friendly territory and make the rebel titan stronger in enemy territory.

This bonus could be conferred through military research, like the militia techs for the loyalist faction. Neutral ground would be up for grabs by both factions, but the rebel titan should beat an unsupported loyalist titan imo. The said military research could be a prerequisite to titan construction..

2. As some other testers have suggested the titan builds too quickly. Personally, I think it should take about 3-4 times as long to build with more warnings to other players.

I think these changes would be great for balance. Let me know what you think :)

I agree the loyalist titan is extremely hard to take down thanks to his repair ability.

The loyalist titan does get a boost to one of its abilities while inside of a friendly gravity well - Furious Defenses. Do not forget, the two factions also get to research some faction specific techs as well. For example, while inside of a friendly gravity well, all loyalist ships/structures can do 15% or 30% extra damage, or even a bonus +2 or +4 armor while inside of those same friendly gravity wells.

y should a rebel titan beat the loyalist titan?? just cuz one titan was made for attack power and the other for defense doesnt mean the rebel should beat the loyalist. that should be determined on the lvl of the titans which abilities they have and the players tech

The way we countered their increased power in a gravity well was to take out the planet. once it was gone the titan fell a lot faster.  but they did run away from the fight too.  they warped over to the next planet.  so we followed and did the same tactic again, but this time he kept spamming disable on us while they also spammed Armistice on us until they ran out of Antimatter.  It took us about 15 mins to finally beat him down and all the cap ships there but we did finally were able too.  It was pretty tough fight too, but fun.

but I do feel that the Rebel Titans offensive ability is a bit lacking.
