Unlock Computer Skin Doesn't Change

I used essorant's VGREEN windowblinds skin quite a while ago (great skin by the way). I've been through several others and several builds of Windowblinds since then, but the little dialog that pops up to unlock the computer is still skinned with VGREEN. I've reset everything to classic windows, Windows XP, all different skins, but nothing changes it.

I'm not part of a domain - so the only time the Unlock Computer dialog comes up instead of the user selection screen is when I've used Remote Desktop Connection (which is a couple times a day).

I've searched through various skins with SkinStudio, but can't even find where such a thing is assigned. Any ideas?

Any chance you can post a screenshot? I can't understand exactly what the problem is.A screenshot will end all confusion.

I am sure its an easy fix.

I tried taking a screen shot, but no luck because the computer is locked at the time.

Let me explain better. The dialog box that I'm talking about is the one that shows up if you have "On resume, password protect" checked on the Display Properties, Screen Saver tab. Once the screen saver has been activated it locks the computer and requires me to enter my password. No matter how many skins I go through, this single dialog keeps using VGREEN.
