ObJect Desktop on LiteStep/DarkStep shell???

I can run them and get a little more speed, but I can't config a run command for an object, and get an error "Run can not find; you might have typed the command wrong...." when I try to open My Compter. My Computer opens, but who wants an error when it does? No offence to LS & DS, they seem to be excellent shells, I just prefer the look and feel of DesktopX and don't want to spend the kind of time needed to "use" them, I just want to "use" the shell.
Is there a fix for these, or am I either stuck with the errors, or stuck with explorer or is there another good, fast, stable shell???

This happened to me too, but it only happened when I changed to Windows ME. Before that I had never had any problem with Litestep at all. The strange thing is, it fixed itself when I loaded one of Jafo's themes and the problem never arose again.
So, maybe you should get one of his themes and see if it fixes it for you too!

BoXXi....I doubt it somehow.....a few weeks ago I had loaded DesktopX over my 'STEP shell and my shell crashed...that was in Win2K...I'll give it a go sometime in XP...[but I'm still tweaking things for 'STEP in XP at the moment].

I think the problem is much the same as with LiteSTEP and Hoverdesk together....they each get greedy and want to 'control' the desktop and get into arguments...[I mean desktop.dll or jdesk.dll, not the 'screen']...
