[Bug][0.76] Units don't move where I click

Hallo,

my biggest problem with the beta is that units somtimes don't move where I expect them to move. I right-click on the tile south of them and they don't move but just regroup as if I had just clicked on the tile they are standing on. I click the target tile again and they move to the left/west. Then I'm in a completely wrong position and I have to reload which (at least for me) disrupts the gameflow and the immersion.

I'm surprised that there aren't more complaints about this - perhaps there is something wrong with my configuration (but what?)? Or everyone is playing with the keyboard? Otherwise this bug seems rather fundamental to me.

As a small feature request: If I hold the right mouse button it would be nice if there were some indication where the unit would be going and which path it would take if I released the mouse button (as in Civ IV).

If they're still moving in the same tile, it sounds like you're not clicking far enough out of the tile.  Have you turned the grid on? If you download Jing, you can show us exactly what you mean with a screenshot.

Another thing that could be happening:

If you accidentally turn on the explore option your armies can behave like that.  I had this happen to me and got so frustrated I gave up for the day before I figure out what was going on.  They kept refusing to obey my clicks or taking one step in the right direction and three in the wrong.

One thing I use to notice about WoM is that if you were view the map from a lower angle, the visual position of the mouse didn't necessarily reflect which tile was actually "under" the mouse, often times causing confusion.

Hopefully that makes sense.  :S

I was playing last night and had the same problem as OP.  It seemed like when I was near mountains the tile I clicked on the dead center of was no the tile that my unit moved too and explore was definitely off.  I will try and get a good screen shot made tonight if I can recreate it.
