[Bug/UI] UI does not update same-turn status changes

Hard to describe in a one liner, but here's the problem:

Get an upgrade that gives more movement points for your army? You'll still show 3/3 instead of 3/4 or 4/4 until next turn.

Cancel the build of an 'enveloped' resource that's in your city's build queue, then rebuild it? It won't show up in the build queue until next turn.

Capped on food and a farm just finished this turn? City details/growth tooltips will still show growth capped due to food, despite having just increased your food supply.

There's a few other examples but I can't think of them off the top of my head. Basically it looks like the UI simply isn't updating until you hit End Turn.

yeah this has been a problem since EWOM... i wish they'd fix it.

This also appears to occur in-battle - I used a healing potion and my heroes hp didn't update on the status bar over his head, but mousing over him showed the proper refilled hp

Yet another aspect to this bug - hitting a monster and killing it with Double Strike will kill it with health still visible on its health bar - ie, it's showing the health left over from the first hit, then killing it from the second but not updating the health bar.

I hit a Forest Drake with double strike and it died with 40% life left :P

Another variant is that fact that before I hit an opponent in tactical battle, I know the outcome. My hero gains 3 hp per kill thanks to some dark crystal. When I'm about to deliver the final blow to some monster, +3 comes up before I even hit the monster.
