Loading a save gains you one more turn and prevents AI attacking after reload.

I think it must be because it is cancelled or something when it is loaded.  I think that the new turn actually starts *before* the AI attacks you.

In my experience, sometimes it gains you a turn, sometime it loses you a turn.  I also have noticed that sometimes your units are one-square off from where you left them.
