Can't play any version of sins.

So, I bought a bunch of parts for a brand new computer and completely wiped my hard drive because the coding had been messed up, i installed original sins, then entrenchment and diplo. i went to play diplo and it asks me to register my account and what not, i go to the gamestop owned impulse and get the product code to enter it in as the serial number for the game, but it says its already been used, so I can't play my game, this happens with original sins and entrenchment. Don't know if this mightve caused a problem but i went from windows xp 32-bit, to windows 7 64-bit. Any suggestions at all would be nice, ive already tried using the update Serial option on sins launcher.

Make sure you're using the same email address as you did originally. If you are, please contact support@stardock.com and they'll get you squared away.

I'd also recommend contacting downloadsupport@gamestop.com for assistance, as anything regarding Gamestop/Impulse accounts needs to go through them.  Most likely, your registrations will need to be shifted to the correct accounts on both sides, which isn't a huge deal.  Just make sure to give them as much information as possible, and they should be able to sort it out.
