IP Not working on shortcuts

Hey guys,

Is anyone else having problems using IP with shortcuts on Win7 x64?

I tried to change a few Desktop icons (these are shortcuts), right click on the shortcut/icon, select "Change Icon" and ...  PRESTO!! ... :(O Nothing happens. No error, no navigation/browser window, nothing...

Any ideas?

There seems to be some kind of funky todo going on with IP. Some live folders refuse to change unless you change their size in a window but go right back to the butt-fugly yellow ones soon after. Sometimes applying a different icon pack solves the problem.
