Wincustomize Subscription Renewal Problem

Hi, I've paid for another two year subscription, got a new serial number. But everytime I go into the WinCustomize Browser it tells me that my subscription has expirered and would I like to renew it. The browser doesn't let me log in to change any settings, but the key works fine in Stardock Central.

Try crossreferencing your accounts again. Edit Accounts.

It says I'm level 4 which is a subscriber.
