Where can I find Objectbar Beta?

The reason for signing up is to be able to get extra features for your desktop. I read that signing up would allow you to gain access to objectpacker beta version.

Where is it or how can I obtain this program?

It's only available for now if you are a Object Desktop client.
To subscribe to Object Desktop: https://www.stardock.com/order.html/

I think a public beta will be available soon, so you may have to wait if you don't want to purchase Object Desktop.
Note that if you're into Windows customization, you will never regret your purchase; for 50$ you will get every version of every program made for Object Desktop (right now about 20 programs).

An Object Desktop subscription lasts one year.
