I'm having yet another Upload issue

This time it concerns Preview image size

Once again I'm having problems submitting an upload. This time it concerns the size restraints of the preview image. I have submitted 3 uploads previously with the same size screen capture on all 3 with no problems, but now, as I try to submit the same size preview with the same number of icons, it forces me to shrink the image so tiny that it finally says the image is too small !! AARRGHH !! Before, I could comfortably sqeeze 11 icons into a single shot and get good size and visibility. But now, I could only get 6 icons into the same real estate to have sufficient size for good viewability. I'm highly frustrated and could really use some advice here. Thank-you.

AceMatrix, I understand the frustration you are running into but the way to get an answer and help for this it to contact support. 

I would suggest emailing support @stardock.com.

AceMatrix, are you confusing dimensional size with MB (weight) size?

Try making your screenshot weigh less by decreasing the quality settings in your graphics program a tad. This way, you get a bigger preview that weighs less.

Thanks everyone for your input. I don't know what is going on, but it now has finally decided to work right. I always do reduce the graphic quality of the screenshot to a .jpg format to reduce the weight and it has always worked fine for me in the past. This time it just did not want to cooperate until now. So all is well again and I submitted an update with the new screenshot. thanks all for jumping in to assist, it is deeply appreciated.  :thumbsup:    -- Ace --
