Transparent hud option?

Not sure if this is the place to ask but I was wondering if there is going to be an option to turn the hud transparent or opaque I think it's called. Sins and a few other games I like to play on my HDTV as it looks better on my plasma than my LCD monitor however while my plasma is fine against burn in I was hoping there might be something just to help limit the image retention. If there is no option could one possibly be made? Thank you.

Yes a transparent HUD can be made. There was one made a while back but I think it might be out of date.

That would be awesome if we could get a new one, I have a 50" plasma that looks so much better clarity and color wise that my 15" LCD laptop screen.

I've got a 40" and it is awesome. Almost bought a 50 but it was too big. Wouldn't fit in the car. The 40 barely fit at all.

The Star Wars: Requiem mod actually has an optional transparent hud add on that should work by itself or with any other mod. Not sure if its quite what you are looking for but you can find it here.

Thanks Goafan, seeing the Kol class in battle is amazing but I can't play it for too long just cause I'm afraid of putting too much IR on the TV but hopefully that will help.
