Latest update error

for some reason every time i try to instal the new update it says

             Decompression error the process cannot acces the file and then it shows the programdata to a file called convertdata_diplomacy.exe becuase it being used by another process? some help would be thankful :)

Close out anything to do with Sins beforehand?

Failing that, reboot and retry.

aright i reboot and it work (had to rebort 2 times in order for fiels to move for some reason)
