I think I'll ....

what's for supper, Ma?

... bbq some chicken breasts on the grill tonight. But on second thought, a pizza or tenderloin from Harvey Hinklemeyer's sounds good, too. It's going to be food from the circus festival all of next week. No cooking for me next week.

I just dined at Best Wok Buffet John, yummy!

But then again, I love tenderloins too!  Can't wait for the street festival next week!  See you there maybe.

Tom, is that the buffet on main street? you'll find me close to the lions' tenderloin wagon or a good italian sausage with cheese, onions, and pepper wagon.

Doc, why keeeel me? i'm actually a nice guy.

Wom, ribeye is great. i grilled a big ribeye tuesday night. i enjoyed that meal a great deal.

uvah, i prefer the chocolate kind but i'll take peanut butter if that's all you have.

MadDeez....

Easy Awesome meal here.

Buy a club pack/family pack...whatever gives you about 12 chicken thighs.

Drop them in flour.

Lightly brown them in olive oil

Throw them in a pan.

Next. Mix.

2/3 cup of apricot preserves

3 Tablespoons apple vinegar

3 Tablespoons Dijon or spicy mustard

Spread all over chicken.

Optional...add some pineapple chunks.

Cover.

Bake for 80 minutes at 375 degrees

Lick your fingers!

You're right!  My fingers tasted great.  And bonus!  The dogs enjoyed the chicken.  Thanks WG!  ;)

You go to El Ariero's in Logansport John?  They are indeed excellent. I usually eat Mexican at Los Tres Caminos here though, only thing I do not like about them is their salsa dip though, too watery and no kick!

nope. not there. i go to the one in the ramada inn. i can't remember the name of the joint but they have fantastic food! their salsa is a lot like the stuff you described, tho. it's the only thing they have that i don't care for.

MadDeez...check the recipe above...made a correction...meant 2/3 cup of apricot...not 2 tablespoons. 8O
