users skins - whats all this new stuff?

when i go to look at my skins theres about 1 and a half pages of useless stuff, whats that all about!

Oh that. We were adding Library Help Headers information to each of the libraries. And since 'My Skins' shares the code with the Main libraries the Help Headers were carried over inadvertantly.

I just made a change so that all 'stuff' does not show up in the 'My Skins' pages.

Actually, its been around a few weeks, just for our guests and citizens. I initially felt that the more experienced users would not need it, but after many times needing that information myself I decided most everyone could benefit from the menu as well.
