perhaps you should uninstall Objectdock and do a fresh install.
I'd recommend not touching the registry anymore, can really bork things up that way (as you've already seen).
Try doing a system restore by taking it back to before you installed Object Dock. Leave the registry alone because that is your OS nervous system. Reinstall OD and if you must 'clean' your registry at least use an app like CCleaner or Glary Utilities. Both do a fine job without mucking things up.
Helpful hint? Backup your registry if you're going to do a "clean-up". Uvah's suggestions are good, also.
Only use registry editing software which makes a backup before making changes. Make changes one at a time.
