Start11 v2 Lost Version upgrade

I cloned my hard drive in a single drive laptop, so I could upgrade.  When that happened, my key would no longer work for the current version.  I cannot recall whether Start11 automatically allowed the upgrade, Stardock.com manually applied the upgrade eligibility (because I had bought v1 just before the upgrade rolled out), or I paid for it, but I became eligible some time ago and have been using Start11 v2 for 2 years, give or take.  For the moment, I have logged back in under trial, but would appreciate the fix for this.  Thank you..

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, need to be clear, you're trying to activate Start11v2 or Start11v3?
